You will start as a Financial Advisor, providing customized financial solutions to clients. Once program requirements are met, you can transition into a management role as an Associate Partner, where youll recruit, mentor, and lead a team of financial professionals. Key Responsibilities: Build and manage client relationships by providing financial strategies, including life insurance, annuities, and investment solutions. Identify client needs through consultations and develop personalized financial plans. Grow a network of clients through referrals, community engagement, and proactive outreach. Stay informed on industry trends, policy updates, and best practices. Recruit, train, and develop a team of financial professionals. Lead business growth through strategic planning and client engagement.

Requirements
