About the Role
As a Senior Financial Adviser, you'll take the lead in managing and growing a portfolio of clients, providing tailored strategies that help them achieve their goals and financial security.
This is a salaried position within our growing regional NSW practice. You'll be working alongside a dedicated team of accountants and advisers, providing holistic financial planning services and tailored advice. While we are inviting senior planners to apply recent graduates should also be encouraged to make enquiries.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing comprehensive financial advice across superannuation, retirement planning, investments, and risk management.
Building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Working collaboratively with our support and paraplanning teams to deliver excellent client outcomes.
Keeping up to date with industry changes and compliance requirements.
Contributing to the continued growth and success of the practice.
About You
You're a confident communicator and trusted professional who genuinely cares about your clients' success. You bring both technical skill and emotional intelligence to your work.
You'll ideally have:
Relevant qualifications (degree plus FASEA Approved or equivalent qualification).
Prefer current registration as an Authorised Representative
Current Authorised Representative registration is Preferred
Proven experience as a Financial Adviser
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Financial Adviser is required
Tech Savvy and Familiar with X Plan
Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset.
A proactive, ethical, and collaborative approach.
Australian work rights are required for this position
